Booking a 90-minute experience

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING!

90-MINUTE EXPERIENCES are available up to 7 days in advance. Availability releases daily at noon for the same day of the following week. For example, this Saturday at noon booking is available for next Saturday evening. 90-minute experiences begin from the selected time of arrival, not from the actual arrival time. Late arrivals do not receive an extension of time. 

21 & OVER ONLY – Infants and accompanied minors are not permitted. All guests must provide Valid identification for entry. Failure to show a valid ID will result in denied entry and loss of the pre-paid minimum.

PRE-PAYMENT POLICYTo prevent no-shows and same-day cancellation, booking an experience requires a pre-paid beverage minimum. Pre-payments are not holds, are charged immediately, and require no additional authorization or confirmation. All pre-paid bookings are subject to our cancellation policy.

Pre-paid beverage minimums apply to beverages on your final check. Pre-paid beverage minimums can not be used for retail, merchandise, future bookings and will not be refunded. If there is a remaining pre-paid beverage minimum, it will apply to your check as a room charge. If your minimum was $50 and you spent $40 on beverages, you will see a room charge of $10 applied to your bill. If your beverage purchases exceed the beverage minimum, you will receive an adjusted check for payment of the remaining amount.

MODIFYING RESERVATIONS DATE & TIME
Our guest service team does not book, modify or cancel reservations. To change the date or time of a reservation, cancel your current reservation by clicking the cancel link in your email confirmation and then book a new reservation on the desired day and time. Our cancelation policy applies. 

MODIFYING THE GUEST COUNT – To increase your guest count, please see your table’s maximum occupancy. You may bring the maximum number of guests to your table without modifying your reservation. To increase the guest count for bar seating, please make an additional reservation for the additional guests.

BAR SEAT – The pre-paid beverage minimum for a single bar seat is $25++. We allow guests to book up to 6 bar seats on a single reservation with pre-paid beverage minimum of 150++. When booked as a group, the pre-paid beverage minimum is for the group of bar seats, not for the number of guests. To modify the number of guests, you may cancel and rebook.

PORTHOLE TABLE FOR TWO – The pre-paid beverage minimum for a porthole table is $50++. A single porthole table can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. When booked, the pre-paid beverage minimum is for the pothole table, not for the number of guests. Booking for a party of 1 guest is also available.

BOOTH FOR SIX – The pre-paid beverage minimum for a booth is $150++. A single booth can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. When booked, the pre-paid beverage minimum is for the booth, not for the number of guests. Booking for parties of 1-5 guests is also available.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation for a refund of your pre-paid beverage minimum minus the 4% processing fee up to 24 hours in advance of your reservation time.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation time, same-day reservation date, and time changes, and no-shows are 100% non-refundable.

This policy applies no matter what the reason is for cancellation, there are no exemptions, even if you’re sick or the dog ate your homework. We get it life happens, but the policy remains the same. The show must go on!

UnderTow is an immersive experience. There will be changes in audio & lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, and occasional smoke. Please be advised if you have claustrophobia, are prone to seizures, or have any other medical condition that may be triggered and or worsened by these heightened conditions. We ask that all guests remain seated to ensure the best experience, and safety of patrons and staff.

Late Arrivals

  • You will receive a confirmation text from the host desk prior to your arrival. You can communicate with the host directly through this text. Please let us know if you are running late.
